Delete your account

You can delete your mtrzzz account from the app, or by email if you no longer have access to the device.

In the app

  1. Open mtrzzz and sign in.
  2. Go to Settings (exact path may read “Account” depending on version).
  3. Choose Delete account and confirm.

By email (lost access)

If you can’t open the app or sign in, email us from the address on your account:

support@mtrzzz.app

Include:

  1. The email on the account
  2. Your display name if you remember it
  3. The words Please delete my mtrzzz account

We process email deletion requests within 30 days. We’ll confirm when the account and associated personal data are removed, except where we’re required to retain limited records (billing, fraud, legal).

What gets deleted

[LEGAL COPY — BRIAN] Align with privacy policy: profile, messages, media you own, calendar data — and what happens to shared household content when one member leaves vs. when the family is dissolved.
