Who can join my group?

Only people you invite with a private code. You can create a Family or Friends group. mtrz is invite-only on purpose — not a public social network.

What’s included in Free vs Premium?

Free groups support chat, DMs, calendars, and up to 2 members, with 1 GB of shared storage. Photo and video sharing and scheduling conflict tools require Premium. Free keeps album-saved memories and the newest 30 other group messages; Premium keeps the full group history. Premium includes 1080p / ~8 MP media and 2 GB storage, with member plans up to 4, 6, 12, 20, or 100 people. Optional storage (5–20 GB) and Media Quality (4K) add-ons require Premium. What media quality do Free, Premium, and add-ons include?

Free: 720p video, ~2 MP photos, 10 MB docs. Premium: 1080p, ~8 MP, 25 MB docs. Media Quality add-on ($12/month, Premium required): 4K, ~24 MP, 50 MB docs. Full table on the FAQ.

How do I cancel or get a refund?

Paid plans are billed by Apple or Google. They renew until you cancel them in your Apple or Google account. We can’t refund an App Store purchase; ask Apple. For Google Play, start in your Play order history, or write to us with this form if that doesn’t work. Deleting your mtrz account does not stop those charges.

How do I delete my account?

Follow the steps on Delete Account — in-app when you can sign in, or write to us with the form on this page if you’ve lost access. Deleting your account removes paid features from groups you subscribe to, but does not stop paid-plan charges. Cancel those subscriptions separately in Apple or Google if you do not want another charge.

Is there an Android version?

iOS first. Android status: coming later — this answer will update when Play ships.
